The Southern California Os/2 User Group or SCOUG was one of the the more active OS/2 User Groups out there, it was originally founded in 1993 and was active as late as 2013. The group also held out a monthly newsletter.

The SCOUG was big enough to hold out a number of Special Interest Groups or SIG's, including:

Some of these groups met after each monthly SCOUG meeting, others had independent meetings.
