Southern California OS/2 User Group: Difference between revisions

The Southern California Os/2 User Group or SCOUG was one of the the more active OS/2 User Groups out there, it was originally founded in 1993 and was active as late as 2013.

The SCOUG was big enough to hold out a number of Special Interest Groups or SIG's, including:

Programming SIG - Covered the usual topics including REXX, C, C++, Java, the Presentation Manager, OpenClass etc. It was active at the least as late as 2008, since Zdeněk V. Jizba was giving APL classes there that year.
Networking SIG
Internet SIG
General Interest Group

Some of these groups met after each monthly SCOUG meeting, others had independent meetings.
