Description
Open Sibyl was a Netlabs project to build a Pascal RAD (Rapid Application Development) Tool for OS/2 and eCS that mimicked the features of Borland Delphi but with OS/2 specific feature support such as SOM, REXX and WPS, it was to be built on top of Free Pascal compiler and its libraries.
