A tool that compiles OS/2 resource scripts into ressources (RC files) and dialogs (DLG files) that can be integrated into EXE or DLL code files using a linker.

The tool is supplied with most compiler kits but versions of the resource compiler (RC.EXE) also comes with the different OS/2 toolkits including the IBM OS/2 Developer's Toolkit.
