Note: This directive seems to be an environment variable in WARP 3 with Fixpak #36 and WARP 4 with Fixpak #5. This means that you have to use the format "SET SHAPIEXCEPTIONHANDLER=OFF". On older releases it had to be only "SHAPIEXCEPTIONHANDLER=OFF"
