An implementation of Oberon-2 for 32 bit OS/2 developed by David C. Morrill while he was working for the IBM Personal Systems division in Texas in the early-mid 90s. Much like IBM Modula-2 the Oberon-2 system was never distributed outside IBM and the only software developed with the system we know to have been released is the freeware REXX front end creator DrDialog, but judging from that program the Oberon-2 system may have had an interesting feature or two.
