Sys2ConnectNamedPipe

Start 'listening' by allowing clients to connect to a previously-created named pipe.

Arguments

The pipe handle, as returned by Sys2CreateNamedPipe. (REQUIRED)

REXX RETURN VALUE:

 1 on success, or 0 if an error occurred.
