BASEDEV=IBM2SCSI.ADD <parameters>

TIP: If you want to use SCSI hard drives together with (E)IDE drives and to boot from SCSI first, make sure that SCSI HBA drivers are in front of the IDE drivers (normally IBM1S506.ADD).
