Howard Gilbert is an American programmer that is best known for creating PC Lube and Tune one of the first OS/2 Gopher (later web) sites. By day, a Senior Research Programmer at Computing and Information Systems, Yale University. At night and on weekends, doomed to wander the Information Highway in search of Netvana.
