Richard Jacox at the time he was a the MAOS2UG president

USA based gent, was president of the Mid-Atlantic OS/2 User Group from 1997 up until it was closed down in 2002, and a Team OS/2 member in the early 90's. Was also a contributor to OS/2 e-Zine and especially active in answering questions in their Q&A section.
