A budget LISP interpreter for DOS, notable for being one of the first if not the first LISP implementation for the PC. It worked reasonably well but did not receive a lot of updates meaning it was seriously outdated by the mid 80's and disappeared off the market. When Computer Language Magazine benchmarked LISP systems in 1985, LISP/88 was not only dead last, comfortably behind even the first version of the public domain XLISP, but also failed to complete all the tests.
