Systems specialist based in Eriskirch in Germany that did a lot of porting Microsoft Windows applications to OS/2 and vice versa, and later vent on to develop the VirtualBox PC emulator/virtualiser.

The company was bought by Sun Microsystems in 2008 and all operations other than VirtualBox were closed down.
