Description
A source code management system initially developed for use with SmallTalk and then known as Orwell, when a number of the original developers left to found OTI the Orwell system was re-written from scratch as a tool to help with development of the ENVY/Smalltalk. Unlike open source tools that people may be familiar with the ENVY system is not file based.
