Borland C++ Builder is a C++ visual development product for 32-bit Windows platform.
The Borland Turbo C++ Suite included three development tools:
- Borland C++Builder 1.0 for Windows 95 and Windows NT visual development
- Turbo C++ 4.5 for Windows 3.1 applications development
- Turbo C++ 3.0 for DOS application development
