Borland C++ is an integrated development environment for C/C++ originally available for DOS and Windows.
History
After the success of Turbo C++ Borland released a product for professional C/C++ software development. By version 3.0 (1991) also the development of Windows applications was supported. Next version 3.1 brought a new Windows-based IDE and introduced the application frameworks Object Windows Library (OWL 1.0) and Turbo Vision 1.0.
In early 1993 Borland C++ for OS/2 was released for OS/2 2.0.
