USBWAV has an API that allows on-the-fly sample rate conversion IOProcedure.
Even though the name implies something different, USBWAV.DLL has no direct relationship to USBAUDIO. It is a standalone DLL containing multiple IO Procs and codecs that work on any OS/2 system with MMPM.
