The GUI part of the IOCL provides unmatched support for all PM functionalities, so it would be mostly desirable in my eyes to make it freely available also for other compilers like [[GCC C CPP Compiler and Linker|GCC C/C++ Compiler and Linker]] etc.! (But probably this will remain just a dream...)
