A Modula-2 library for OS/2 and DOS that allows a programmer to interact with xBase databases, in addition to the usual manual locking to allow the software to co-exist with a running xBase tool the library has more advanced automatic and index locking tools, including support for network locking. Unusually enough the library came with an application generator that allowed you to create flat file databases in a hurry.
