Micro Focus COBOL Workbench integrates a COBOL compiler with development and testing tools. It features editing, debugging and communications facilities as well as graphical data handling tools.
Workbench supports both GUI and character mode under PC DOS, Windows and OS/2. GUI components are restricted to OS/2 Presentation Manager and Windows 3.1.
