A multi-platform utility software that helped in testing relational databases by automatically creating thousands of records in comma delimited or fixed field formats that could then be imported into any database.

Prerequisites
- OS/2 version 2.1 or later with 8 MB of RAM or more
- DOS version 5.0 or later with 4 MB of RAM or more.
- MS Windows NT 3.5 or later with at least 16 MB of RAM.
License
- Commercial - After the demise of the BOSSi company it was announced that the DB-Fill tool would be open sourced, but after having been available for a short while in source form, it was removed by the owner.
