CALL_EXE.SYS allows for running an executable from the device loading stage of CONFIG.SYS processing. This is useful for setting up an environment which must exist before RUN or CALL statements are executed.
DEVICE=CALL_EXE.SYS <Program> [<Parameters>]
The full path to the program is required if not in the root of the boot volume.
