Digital Research's Concurrent PC DOS was based on Concurrent DOS 3.2 (with BDOS 3.2) and released in 1984 for IBM PC compatible machines. It features compatibility with applications written for IBM PC DOS 2.0. Version 4.1 also supports most functions of PC DOS 3.0.

- 256 KB memory (512 KB recommended)

It was replaced in October 1986 by Concurrent DOS XM.
