Tracey Marcelo was the assistant editor of the Developer Connection Technical Magazine. She has written and edited information for OS/2 products since 1991. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in writing from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. In 1998, she received a certificate in Human-Computer Interaction from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute after completing two years of study.
