Joe Pesot was an Advisory Human Factors Engineer at IBM's Research Triangle Park lab in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was a member of IBM's cross-divisional Software Integration and Usability team, focusing on user interface and usability issues. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Factors from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
