where
* ON: creates the \OS2\SVGADATA.PMI file and enables SVGA support.
* ON: creates the \OS2\SVGADATA.PMI file and enables SVGA support.
* OFF: deletes the .PMI file.
* OFF: deletes the .PMI file.
* STATUS: returns the chipset type OS/2 thinks your card is.
