UniFreeLocaleInfo

UniFreeLocaleInfo(localeInfObj)
Free the locale information object that was allocated by UniQueryLocaleInfo.

localeInfObj - UniLconv - input
The locale information object that had been created with UniQueryLocaleInfo.
