Perform generic APP/PSD communication.
This function performs generic application/PSD communication. The entry arguments, and return codes are not interpreted by OS/2, it is passed verbatim to and from the PSD.

- Called in Kernel mode.
Syntax
PSD_APP_COMM <keywords>
Parameters
- Entry
- Function number, Argument.
Return Code
- Exit
- Return code.
Remarks
- Optional: the function is not required.
- The function can call a PSD help that may block.
