Glenn T. Puchtel was a member of IBM development team that developed the OS/2 operating system.
He worked on conversion of OS/2 Presentation Manager from 16-bit to 32-bit and on enabling Microsoft Windows to execute in VDM's while 'seamlessly' integrating with OS/2's native PM environment.
