ESS AudioDrive DOS Sound card driver.

Parameter:
- ES16881$ for Soundcards with ESS 1688 chip
- ES18681$ for Soundcards with ESS 1868 chip
- ES18691$ for Soundcrads with ESS 1869 chip
NOTE: the parameter is the link between the OS2 driver and the DOS driver. The DOS driver inherits it's settings associated with the parameter.
