A free UPS monitor found to monitor a serial port for UPS events from APC's 'Back UPS' line of devices. Requires a serial port and special non-standard Null-modem cable, usually provided by APC. The author provides infomation to construct this cable, if user needs one. Comes with a daemon that is started from the startup folder.
