Small company based in Rijswijk in Holland that started out supplying shareware C++ programming tools for the Borland C++ development environment but later started offering an expanded multi-platform version of one of their shareware products in the form of CSLIB on a commercial basis. The operation exists during the 90's and disappears around 2000 and is not to be confused with the long running German software company of the same name.
