Description
Retrieves a plain-text string from the clipboard if one is available.
This function requires Presentation Manager to be active, although the REXX program itself need not be running in a PM process.
Arguments
REXX ARGUMENTS: None.
REXX RETURN VALUE: The retrieved clipboard string
