The requirements are invalid and wrong, Python and a couple of dependent libraries are missing.
The installation and testing section is off-topic or not directly related to RPM.
A simple test installation can be done with:
 rpm -i --test package.rpm
([http://ftp.rpm.org/max-rpm/ch-rpm-install.html])
For verification:
 rpm -V ...
You seem to use special version of fileutils (cp, mv) that converts an i386 binary to i686 by some kind of black magic?
