A British company based in Ogbourne St. George, Marlborough in Wiltshire that was originally incorporated on May the 22nd 1980. RCS started out life creating [[PL/I]] programming tools for [[CP/M]] and introduced a PL/I screen painter called "Panel" in 1981 that they later ported to other systems and programming languages in an enhanced version named [[Panel Plus II]]. The company is no longer in the development tools market, but provides development and software support services for software house [[Copia]] and their communications product CopiaFacts.

The company also created freeware utilities that floated around BBSs in the 1980s such as disk utilities hf.com and fh.com.
