View source for Cabot UCSD Pascal

A native 32-bit [[Pascal]] interpreter/[[p-code]] compiler based on the older [[Pecan UCSD Pascal]] system that was introduced in 1993, like the older system it was mainly intended for use as a Pascal development system but also supported the [[Modula-2]], [[C]] and [[Fortran]] 77 and had a built-in assembler. It should be noted though that library support was never as strong for the other languages as it was for Pascal, the company later improved the C to p-code compiler considerably and introduced [[C++]] capable version of the UCSD engine.
