A magazine published by Miller Freeman that covered topics relating to the [[C]] and [[C++]] programming languages, with a much greater emphasis on C++ especially it its latter years. Also published a CD-ROM that contained almost all articles from the magazine alongside some code examples as well.

The magazine's first issue was in January 1990 as '''C Users Journal''' and it covered quite a lot of OS/2 related topics during its early years, the publication was discontinued in 2006 with the last issue being published in January with a March date on it. Some of the regular columns and authors were moved over [[Dr. Dobb's Journal]].
