From these links you can download the entire site as it is right now. Note that this very page will also be in there, but that the downloading links on this page will not function unless you download both files, and put them in the Download directory. If you decide that you would like to mirror this site, let me know, and I'll notify you whenever the files are updated. This way I can also add your site to our mirror list below.
To install The OS/2 API Project, get the zip file from the link below. Put it in some handy directory (mine is called os2api), and unzip it (using -d if you use PKZIP). To access it, fire up WebEx and use "File/Open file" to open the local file index.html in the directory you unzipped it in. Now you're done. You may want to create a global index.html for your computer, if you haven't already done that. Then you can add our index.html to that page, and create a program icon to use WebEx to browse your own harddrive!
Note that the package uses long filenames, and so will not be usable as is on a FAT-based system. If I had more time, I would also make a FAT version, but I don't, so unless someone is willing to undertake this, this is the way it is going to be, unfortunately.
