Constants used by event argument in calls to WinWaitForShell

WWFS_QUERY
0x80000000 : Specified to indicate that the function should return immediately. The return value will indicate if the shell is up or not.
WWFS_DESKTOPCREATED
1 : Wait for the desktop to be created.
WWFS_DESKTOPOPENED
2 : Wait for the desktop folder to be opened.
WWFS_DESKTOPPOPULATED
3 :Wait for the desktop to be populated.
