IBM EWS program, that allows you to press shift during bootup, and run program (CMD.EXE), with a n second timeout before continuing.

- By Steve Wendt: In other words, it boots normally, unless you press shift when this loads. If you press Shift, it starts CMD, and when you exit, it finished booting. Much easier than Alt-F1, F2.
