Liberty BASIC
From EDM2
Liberty BASIC is an interpreter inspired by QBasic that allows development of GUI programs in addition to CLI programs. The author has discontinued the development of the OS/2 version, but provides a fully functional version of the last beta as a free download and states on his download page that it is now free even though the documentation talks about shareware payment.
