It is used to define the time of background change for BACKGROUNDBITMAP2.

 SET BACKGROUNDBITMAPDELAY2=<value>

Parameters

Value: Time in seconds, default 60.; The BACKGROUNDBITMAPDELAY2 value is the amount of time, in seconds, to delay between the display of the bitmap sequence designated by BACKGROUNDBITMAP2.
