Makes the named library available.

Syntax

WinLoadLibrary(anchorBlockHndl, libraryName)

Parameters

anchorBlockHndl - HAB - input 

The anchor block handle.

libraryName - PSZ - input 

The name of the library.

This function returns a HLIB with possible values of:

• NULLHANDLE
• A valid library handle.
