A budget LISP interpreter for DOS that emulates a classic INTERLISP system and came with an integrated editor, notable for being one of the first if not the first LISP implementation for the PC, it was based on an earlier CP/M program called LISP/80 that was published by "The Software ToolWorks". It only had support for integers making it unsuitable for mathematical software, but otherwise worked reasonably well but did not receive a lot of updates meaning it was seriously outdated by the mid 80s and disappeared off the market.

When Computer Language Magazine benchmarked PC LISP systems in 1985, LISP/88 was not only dead last, comfortably behind even the first version of the public domain XLISP, but also failed to complete all the tests.
