- One or more of the following flags:
- KEE_VMS_UNCOMMIT Uncommit the region
- KEE_VMS_RESIDENT make the region resident
- KEE_VMS_SWAPPABLE make the region swappable
- linaddr
- Linear address of region
- size
- Size of region
